Your Privacy Choices

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do send your consult request to up to 3 med spas, because that is what you asked us to do when you submitted it. That is a disclosure you consent to on the form, not a sale.

Separately, advertising tools such as the Meta pixel can count as sharing personal information for targeted advertising under several state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. The opt-out below covers that.

Email privacy@utahmedspas.com with the subject “Opt out of targeted advertising”. Tell us the email address you used, if you submitted a request.

You can also block advertising cookies in your browser settings, or send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour where the law requires it. See the Cookie Policy.

Email the same address and say what you want: a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. We respond within 45 days.

One limit worth knowing before you ask. We cannot recall a consult request that has already been sent to a med spa. We can tell you exactly which businesses received it, and you can then ask each of them directly. Ask and we will give you the list.

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or email us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect a consult request you have already submitted.

An authorised agent can make a request for you. We will ask for written proof that you authorised them, and we may ask you to confirm it directly.

We will tell you why. You can appeal by replying to that response, and we will give you a written answer. If you are still not satisfied you can raise it with your state attorney general.

We will not degrade the service, change what you are charged, or treat you differently because you used any of these choices.
