Provider Terms

You are buying position: where your listing appears, and where you sit in the order consult requests are sent. You are not buying a number of leads, consults or bookings. We do not promise a lead count and no figure quoted anywhere on this site is a guarantee.

This is the part worth reading twice, because it is what the tiers actually differ on.

• Exclusive. You are the only provider who receives requests for your treatment in your city. They are never shared with another provider, and there is no time limit on that.
• Featured. A matching request is sent to you first and to nobody else for 24 hours. After 24 hours it opens to other claimed providers in that city. The clock is a timer. It does not stop because you replied, and it does not extend because you did not.
• Claimed, no paid placement. You receive requests once they open up, shared with other claimed providers.
• Any tier. A request submitted on your own listing page goes only to you and is never shared, whatever tier you are on.

No consult request goes to more than 3 providers in total. We may change these mechanics, and if we do we will tell paying providers before it takes effect.

Featured is capped at 3 providers per city. Exclusive is one provider per treatment in each city. Once a slot is taken it is unavailable until that provider cancels. Availability is not reserved until payment completes.

Featured is $99 per month at the founding rate. Exclusive is from $400 per month and is arranged directly with us rather than bought self serve.

The founding rate is locked for as long as you hold the slot. The standard rate is $199 per month and applies to providers who join after the founding round closes. The founding round closes when 20 providers have joined or on October 31, 2026, whichever happens first.

If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at whatever rate is current then. The lock follows the subscription, not the business.

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

You can cancel at any time from your provider portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your placement stays live until then. We do not refund part months.

If a payment fails we may suspend your placement. A suspended placement releases your slot to another provider, and we cannot hold it for you.

We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days notice, except that a founding rate stays locked as described above.

By claiming a listing you confirm you are authorised to act for that business. We verify claims and may reject or reverse one. Submitting a claim for a business you do not represent will get your access removed.

You are responsible for everything you publish on your listing, including photos, prices, treatment claims and before-and-after imagery. You confirm you have the right to use it, including any patient consent required for images.

You agree that you:

• Hold the licences and insurance your state requires for the services you list
• Will not make deceptive claims about outcomes, safety or credentials
• Will handle consumer details you receive from us lawfully, and only to respond to that request
• Will not add a consult request to a marketing list without that person’s separate consent

That last point matters. A person submitting a consult request has consented to being contacted about that request. They have not opted in to your newsletter.

We may remove any listing content and may end your placement for a breach of these terms.

When we send you a consult request you become an independent controller of that person’s information. Your own privacy policy governs what you do next, not ours. You are responsible for honouring any deletion or opt-out request that person makes to you directly.

We do not promise a volume of requests, a conversion rate, a search ranking, or that the directory will attract traffic in your city. Placement is what you are buying. Results depend on your pricing, your response time and your own reputation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to your placement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Either side can end it. You cancel in the portal. We may end a placement for a breach, for non-payment, or on 30 days notice, and where we end it without cause we refund the unused part of the period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
