By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. They are a contract between you and Axiom Internet Marketing, LLC, a Utah limited liability company.

Everything on this site is informational. Treatment descriptions, ratings, prices and listings are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a recommendation that any treatment is safe or suitable for you. We are not a medical provider and no patient relationship is created by using this site.

Talk to a qualified clinician before booking any treatment. Aesthetic procedures carry real risks and only a clinician who has assessed you can advise on yours.

Listings are compiled from public sources including Google Places, and from information providers give us. We check that a listed business appears to offer medical aesthetic services. We do not verify licences, credentials, insurance, safety records or outcomes.

A paid placement means a business paid for position on this site. It is not an endorsement and it says nothing about quality. Paid placements are identifiable as such.

Ratings and review counts come from third parties and may be out of date. Confirm anything that matters directly with the provider.

We send your request to up to 3 med spas so they can contact you. We do not control whether they respond, how quickly, what they charge, or how they treat you. Any agreement you reach is between you and that business.

You agree not to:

• Submit a request using someone else’s details, or details that are not real
• Scrape, copy or republish the listings or review data
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• Use the site to send anyone unsolicited marketing

We can remove content or block access if you do any of these.

The design, text and organisation of this site belong to Axiom Internet Marketing, LLC. Business names, logos and review content belong to their owners. You may link to us freely.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email privacy@utahmedspas.com with the work, the URL, and your contact details, and we will review it.

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that listings are accurate or current, or that a provider will contact you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Axiom Internet Marketing, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and is not liable for the acts, omissions, treatments or outcomes of any med spa listed here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
